Truffle days

The truffle is the black diamond of the kitchen. It is an ingredient from the land, highly coveted for its incredible flavor. During the months of January, February and March, the Truffle Days take place, which value this product and offer the possibility of discovering its extraordinary properties. At the Mesón del Pastor you can try a Tasting Menu starring this black diamond and also a menu with different dishes made with truffles.
