The restaurant is characterized by its recipes in which tradition and innovation merge to create dishes where flavor is a fundamental part, but without forgetting the quality of all products and careful presentation.
We have a menu where you can find elaborations created from traditional recipes and others of new creation.
There are usually two menus that we have available: the "Tasting Menu", the "Typical Tasting Menu (of products from the Region)" and the "Home Menu".
Depending on the season, "Las Jornadas de la Truffle" or "Las Jornadas dels Bolets" are held.
In our menu we have a selection of starters such as: Morellan croquettes, Truffled rabbit medallion or Fried noodles with "sunflowers of panical" tender garlic and foie gras, etc. Salads, soups, fish, grilled meats and specialties such as: Iberian pork with port sauce and caramelized shallots or duck breast flavored with thyme and orange.
January - March
For a few weeks a year, the truffle is the protagonist in these gastronomic days. This precious product that we have in the area has an intense flavour and aroma, which makes this menu very characteristic.
October - November
During the mushroom season is the time perfect to enjoy a few days with this precious product.
